Update LICENSE file

These plugins, etc. were extracted from openstack-ansible but the
LICENSE file does not match the one used in openstack-ansible to
account for the different license used by profile_tasks.py. This commit
updates the LICENSE to make it clear that we are carrying a file with
a different license.
