Damian Dabrowski 4d80396305 Add security_rhel7_enable_auditd variable 
This patch adds ``security_rhel7_enable_auditd`` variable that can be
used by end-users to disable auditd configuration on target hosts.
In some cases, auditd may be configured by 3rd party tool.
