Added tripleo job template against new collect-logs role 

In order to test new collect-logs, we are moving jobs step by
step in order to make sure it does not break any thing.

It adds following jobs:
 tripleo-standalone-scenarios-full
 tripleo-undercloud-jobs
 tripleo-multinode-container-full

It covers three different scenario for testing new collect-logs
role.
