Update installation guide
We have already changed barbican default to keystone authentication [1], so this guide isn't needed now. Also update `overview` section. [1] https://github.com/openstack/barbican/blob/master/etc/barbican/barbican-api-paste.ini#L4 Change-Id: I96744a6dc48d66ab4caaa3f2d3e35b6ed18fa9e2
