Nam Nguyen Hoai 4cc4641309 Implement OVO for Barbican [1]
This patch set is to create a Base class OVO and
implement some model classes like below:

- Secret
- EncryptedDatum
- Kekdatum
- SecretStoreMetadatum
- SecretUserMetadatum
- SecretACL
- SecretACLUser
- SecretStores
- Project
- TransportKey
