Mehdi Abaakouk 46f817a1bc tests: fix messaging driver 
Since last oslo.config, an issue in our tests have showup.

We set a string on a MultiStrOpt, for example this results to have the
messaging driver looks like ["a", "e", "g", "i", "m", "n"] instead of
["messaging"]. I wonder how this have worked before...

This change fixes the drivers lists.

Ceilometer

Ceilometer is a data collection service that collects event and metering data by monitoring notifications sent from OpenStack services. It publishes collected data to various targets including data stores and message queues.
