Change to single NIC install page

Make it so hardware requirements are lessened by no
longer requiring two network adapters on each cloud
node. OVN Chassis will use an existing OVS bridge.
This was tested successfully.

The legacy requirement for two network interfaces on each of the four cloud
nodes has been dropped since MAAS (v.2.9.2) added support for `Open
vSwitch`_ bridges. This bridge type supports more sophisticated network
topologies than the Linux Bridge, and for Charmed OpenStack in particular,
the ovn-chassis unit no longer needs a dedicated network device.
See `MAAS requirements`_ in the MAAS documentation for more detailed
information on what a MAAS system may require.

.. _ovs_bridge:
Create OVS bridge
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Create an Open vSwitch bridge from a network bond or a single interface. Here
we will do the latter with interface 'enp1s0'. The bridge will be named
'br-ex'.
Multiple VLANs can be added to the bridge but in this example cloud a single
untagged VLAN is used.
Configure all four cloud nodes in this way to ensure that the OVN Chassis can
be accommodated by any node.
The mapping of bridge to interface ('br-ex:enp1s0') will be used in the
:ref:`Neutron networking <neutron_networking>` section on the :doc:`Install
OpenStack <install-openstack>` page.
The ``bridge-interface-mappings`` setting refers to a network interface that
the OVN Chassis will bind to. In the above example it is 'eth1' and it should
be an unused interface. In MAAS this interface must be given an IP mode of
'Unconfigured' (see `Post-commission configuration`_ in the MAAS
documentation). All four nodes should have this interface to ensure that any
node is able to accommodate OVN Chassis.
The ``bridge-interface-mappings`` setting impacts the OVN Chassis and refers to
a mapping of OVS bridge to network interface. As described in the :ref:`Create
OVS bridge <ovs_bridge>` section on the :doc:`Install MAAS <install-maas>`
page, it is 'br-ex:enp1s0'.
The ``flat-network-providers`` setting enables the Neutron flat network
provider used in this example scenario and gives it the name of 'physnet1'. The
