Rodrigo Barbieri d66c4cf7a4 Add config to customize memcached heartbeat timeout ...

The heartbeat expiry timeout is hardcoded to 5
seconds and that may not be enough to prevent
the lock from expiring. This patch adds a config
option to allow customizing the value previously
hardcoded.
