Add workaround note for using Ceph with Train
Also add Stein and Eoan. Reformat the manner in which commands are displayed for bundle deploys (use tables). Does Ceph not work with s390x these days? It is removed from the bundles. If that's the case a note should be added mentioning the fact. Closes-Bug: #1854089 Change-Id: I3271172ab3cbc2dbcfb14ae2d3e2c6cf9ae5ea78

Next, deploy the OpenStack cloud using the provided bundle.

Deploy OpenStack using one of the provided bundles.

Note: Bundles should be deployed on the 'default' named model. That's

to ensure that the 'juju-default' lxd profile is applied on

containers.

You can watch deployment progress using the :command:`juju status` command.

The time required will depend on your system's resources: memory, CPU, disk

subsystem, and network speed.
