Add workaround note for using Ceph with Train

Also add Stein and Eoan.

Reformat the manner in which commands are displayed
for bundle deploys (use tables).

Does Ceph not work with s390x these days? It is
removed from the bundles. If that's the case a note
should be added mentioning the fact.
