Hide the extra H1 heading in the docs
Hide the extra heading in the docs so we don't have double headers showing up on each of the pages. Something changed in the wallaby release that causes multiple headers to show. This patch introduces some custom css to hide it for the time being. Change-Id: Ia7c9dc8265e04cfb00ab33287a0685d7d26eee57
