Billy Olsen 641c481db8 Sync charm-helpers ... Sync charm-helpers to pick up the updated InternalEndpointContext which removes the need to provide a package. This essentially reverts commit 7620ce89 in favor of an alternative approach to selecting the volume catalog endpoint information.
