Andreas Jaeger 46d56bd217 Fix repo set up 
Add usual CI jobs so that changes can merge.

Update tox to remove deprecated pip option:
  The parameter --allow-unverified is obsolete, also python-apt
  cannot be installed and is unneeded for current jobs.

  Remove so that python installation works.

Add missing .gitreview file.
