Muhammad Ahmad b47e5c3d7b Add deploy_logs_collect config option ...

This patch includes options to configure the deployment logs collection
behaviour. Config options can be used to store logs on local filesystem
as well as on swift container. Local path and swift conainer name are
also configurable.
