Chris MacNaughton 1ea1398f45 Sync in security guide fixes and fix local 
Neutron.conf, in Ocata, has a multi valued string config option
which ConfigParser treats as invalid INI. This change resovles
that and allows it to parse.

Closes-Bug: #1833368

Overview

This directory provides Amulet tests to verify basic deployment functionality from the perspective of this charm, its requirements and its features, as exercised in a subset of the full OpenStack deployment test bundle topology.
