Edward Hope-Morley cc4cc00ca3 Set NoopFirewallDriver when SGs disabled ... Leaving firewall_driver unconfigured has expose an error when configuring vlan trunk ports while security groups are disabled. Setting it to NoopFirewallDriver allows it to work properly.
