Zuul encountered a syntax error while parsing its configuration in the
repo openstack/charm-percona-cluster on branch master.  The error was:

  Job bionic in openstack/charm-percona-cluster is not permitted to shadow job bionic in openstack-charmers/zosci-config

The error appears in the following job stanza:

  job:
      name: bionic
      parent: func-target
      dependencies:
        - osci-lint
        - tox-py36
      vars:
        tox_extra_args: '-- bionic_model:bionic'

  in "openstack/charm-percona-cluster/osci.yaml@master", line 15, column 3
