    in the Mitaka release and have now been removed. The corresponding
    ``hpelefthand_api_url``, ``hpelefthand_username``, ``hpelefthand_password``,
    ``hpelefthand_clustername``, ``hpelefthand_iscsi_chap_enabled``, and
    ``hpelefthand_debug`` should be used instead.
