Ivan Kolodyazhny 045c26dd6c Convert Retry-After header parameter value to string 
Cinder doesn't work under Apache well with enabled debug.
In Python 2.x all header values should be a string.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:

git clone https://github.com/openstack/cinder.git
