Multi-attach has been supported by the InfiniBox for a long time now. As it is now supported by Cinder, this commit enables this capability for the driver for attachments done either through Fibre Channel or through iSCSI. Change-Id: Ic84eb3d88cc2130192434b3b49e0e53c2717c6b0
