lisali 231f856ece Add necessary fields to volume creation 
This patch is to add the two fields in driver.py when creating
volumes.

Without the fix, it leads query related to the volume failed
with exception.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
