Hai-Xu Cheng 288b48ded0 Remove the method delete_volume_admin_metadata 
This method is no longer used. This patch proposes
to delete it and some related policies.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
