Brian Rosmaita 2b966f90e8 Correct unsupported drivers release note 
Change Ib27f9cd869078ff36e0230a18a18ba2d37d26820 indicates that
the MacroSAN driver is supported in Ussuri, so remove it from the
list of drivers marked 'unsupported' in Ussuri.

Release notes

The release notes for a patch should be included in the patch. The intended audience for release notes include deployers, administrators and end-users.

A release note is required if the patch has upgrade or API impact. It is also required if the patch adds a feature or fixes a long-standing or security bug.
