Ivan Pchelintsev 4e320543cf Add OpenStack volume replication v2.1 support in VxFlex OS driver

Volume replication support will be added in next VxFlex OS (v3.5.0) release.
Cinder driver for VxFlex OS supports volumes/snapshots with
replication enabled according to OpenStack volume replication specification.
