Satish Venkatasubramanian 3db21d003f Add volumes/summary API support 
Add a new API to display volumes summary with total number of volumes
and total size in GB (total_size: 500 and total_count: 20).

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
