Arnon Yaari 8020d32b07 New cinder driver to support INFINIDAT InfiniBox 
Add a cinder volume driver for the INFINIDAT InfiniBox storage array.
It will include the minimum set of features required by Cinder.
This driver supports FC connectivity only.
