Silvan Kaiser 43eb121b41 Adds a bugfix release note regarding backing up with the Quobytedriver

Change #447958 added a missing return value that previously prevented
running Backups with Quobyte. This change adds a release note
regarding this fix as that was omitted in the bugfix change.
