tswanson 55321e371f Dell SC: Add support for consistency groups 
Added support for consistency groups. Associated tests added to
test_dellsc.py and test_dellscapi.py. create_consistency_group_from_src
is not implemented in this patch.

Minor change to iscsi driver inheritance.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started
