rajinir 62b0acb503 Volume manage/unmanage support for Eqlx driver 
This change will allow cinder to manage existing
volumes on Dell PS Series(Equallogic) backend and also
unmanage them.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
