Michał Dulko 669fd027bf Remove an outdated comment
Commit I66d1cfad7c37215cadeca9b7d07cb646fb35b50f removed the constraint
that we cannot do a retype to or from an encrypted volume type. One
comment that stated otherwise was left behind. This commit removes it.
