Walter A. Boring IV 88da45569c Remove Brick from cinder codebase 
This patch removes the existing brick initiator code from Cinder.
The new os-brick pypi library takes over.

The only thing left behind is the local_dev directory
as it's not part of os-brick.   We should possibly
move this elsewhere in a follow up patch.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
