whoami-rajat 9a5bdb308a Add OS-SCH-HNT in extensions list 
To have backward compatibility with MV 3.53, we need to include
OS-SCH-HNT in the ``cinder list-extensions`` response.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
