Naoki Saito a6f4caabd3 NEC Driver: Support revert to snapshot

Adding support to revert a volume to a snapshot in NEC driver.
This patch implements revert_to_snapshot().

This patch also deletes unused classes(class UnpairWaitForBackup,
class UnpairWaitForDDRBackup).
