Tom Swanson c514b25b07 Dell SC: Retype fixes 
The retype command would fail to retype volumes to or from a
replicated type.

In addition retype failed to return a tuple of status, model_update
when returning a model_update.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
