Alex O'Rourke c9e5562dfd 3PAR: Create consistency group from source CG ... Supports creating a consistency group from a source consistency group in the HPE 3PAR driver. This makes use of temporary snapshots, which are not managed by Cinder. Upon volume/CG deleteion, these temp snapshots will automatically be cleaned up.
