Gorka Eguileor e0e73a534a Add pagination to snapshots 
Currently snapshot list does not provide pagination like volume does.

This patch adds pagination for snapshots in the same way that volume
does, using marker, limit, sort_keys and sort_dirs.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
