rajinir e32ecf6cd6 Dell EMC: SC FC Driver wwns api response in lower 
Fixed the SC api to return the wwns in lower case
so os-brick rescan targets can return the right port
names.

Closes Bug: #1775649

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
