wanghao e5abf57fe9 Introduce managing existing snapshot to rbd driver 
Now Ceph can support to rename snapshot name, so managing
existing snapshot will be introduced.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
