Sean McGinnis eca5f76927 Clean up docs landing page 
Reorganizes and cleans up the docs landing page so viewers eyes don't
immediately start bleeding. Also tries to simplify things and put them
in a more logical and consumable order.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
