Eric Harney eca603bdd9 Hacking: Remove N333 oslo namespace import check 
This is no longer needed, as current oslo libraries
don't export this namespace any longer, so other
tests will fail and catch this problem.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
