Martin CAMEY ee29136f6e Update client and tests for services endpoints 
Cloudkitty is now based on metrics and no more on services
for the metrology part.

This reflects the changes from cloudkitty in the tempest plugin.

The tests retrieving services are updated and commented
until the corresponding patch in Cloudkitty is merged.

Tempest integration of CloudKitty

This project defines a tempest plugin containing tests used to verify the functionality of a cloudkitty installation. The plugin will automatically load these tests into tempest.

Dependencies

This plugin tests the CloudKitty API. This supposes that the 'rating' role exists in your OpenStack installation.
