According to sean mooney's comments in

I am splitting into 2 patches

For now, please add following session in cyborg.conf
[glance]
project_domain_name = Default
project_name = service
user_domain_name = Default
password = {your_password}
username = placement
auth_url = http://{host_ip}/identity
auth_type = password
auth_section = keystone_authtoken
api_servers = http://{host_ip}/image
