The error info as follows：

Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails
(`cyborg`.`attach_handles`, CONSTRAINT `attach_handles_ibfk_2` FOREIGN
KEY (`cpid_id`) REFERENCES `controlpath_ids` (`id`)
