LiuSheng 2f89f741cb Remove unnecessary wrapping of transformer ExtentionManager ... Currently, the TransformerExtensionManager is used to wrap the ExtentionManager of stevedore.extension just to provide getting extension by name functionality, this is naturally supported by stevedore.
