appsdesh 4982812364 Fix order of arguments in assertEqual 
Some tests used incorrect order assertEqual(observed, expected).
The correct order expected by testtools is
assertEqual(expected, observed).

This patch does not cover v1 api tests and vendor unit tets.

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
