Bharat Kumar Kobagana bc23e0bf41 GlusterFS: Using 'fallocate' instead of 'dd' ... As 'fallocate' preallocates space to a volume, we can use it to create raw formatted volume instead of 'dd' command. This patch also introduces a new configuration parameter 'nas_volume_prov_type', which can be set to either 'thin' or 'thick'.
