luqitao b1e2b0459c Show user_id when cinder snapshot-show 
The user_id attribute should be shown for end user or other
project(eg:ceilometer, cloudkitty). And it should consistent
with other cinder command to be shown.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
