Helen Walsh d4d88f31c6 VMAX driver - QoS key fix 
QoS key value was changed from 'qos_specs' to 'qos_spec' in a
feedback comment in _initial_setup. The side effect of this
was QoS was never enabled.  Please refer to
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/307502/

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
