Erickson Santos d8bd178465 Nested Quota Driver: Get Project Hierarchy 
We are making calls to keystone in order to know the project hierarchy
and check whether a project is a root project or not.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started
