Andreas Jaeger 4839414237 Check that all po/pot files are valid 
Perform minimal checks on po and pot files so that no broken files can
get imported.

Add msgfmt to list of requirements in doc/source/setup.rst.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
