Remove endpoint_policy as an extension and move it to a core resource. For now we leave the database migrations in the extension directory until we have a general policy for merging these into core. Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
